Job Requirements
- Five plus years of food service and restaurant supervisory experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Must possess strong knowledge of store operations and management principles
- Intermediate computer skills required including POS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must demonstrate food preparation skills as they relate to the restaurant business
- Up to date on food safety and health codes
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Extensive working knowledge in customer relations
- Completion of management development training program mandatory

Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality results through workforce planning including recruitment, selection, onboarding, education, and coaching
- Manage store operations by applying policies, service standards, and improving operational procedures
- Demonstrate effective leadership and labor management including scheduling, monitoring, communication, planning, counseling, and enforcement of policies
- Build and support team through rapport, coaching, task delegation, and development
- Support management-level staff growth, hold managers accountable for company objectives
- Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction by auditing food, beverage, and service quality
- Adhere to cash handling policies ensuring proper management and accountability
- Lead store achievement through optimization of production, guest-service standards, and productivity
- Align store performance with strategic forecasts and budgets, enforce financial controls
- Drive local marketing initiatives and community relations to attract and retain business
- Develop and implement sales increase strategies
- Manage controllable costs including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor
- Oversee store profit and loss responsibilities including forecasting and financial adjustments
- Control inventory, portion sizes, and ordering processes with vendor communications
- Ensure accurate financial and payroll reporting
- Maintain compliance with operational, company, and regulatory standards
- Uphold security procedures to protect team, guests, and assets
- Certify sanitary and safety standards through audits and inspections
- Promote a safe environment for team and guests, report incidents promptly
- Maintain communication with Area Director on operational and personnel issues
- Provide coaching and discipline in collaboration with Human Resources
- Comply with labor laws and company meal/rest policies
- Work varied hours including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
