Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to a diverse workforce
- Basic understanding of profit and loss goals including labor, sales, and cost of goods sold
- Ability to assist leadership team in reaching organizational objectives and goals
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high sanitation and safety standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes
- Basic financial acumen related to P&L management
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations business
- Assist in achieving financial, operational, and guest service objectives
- Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts
- Deliver prompt, courteous service following Food and Beverage standards
- Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage
- Assist in ordering supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals, and paper products
- Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
- Maintain sanitation and health safety standards
- Monitor compliance with liquor regulations where applicable
- Maintain proper record keeping and paperwork
- Process invoices through proper systems
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment
- Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards
- Advise concept manager on associate performance
- Ensure adherence to company dress code
- Monitor food preparation compliance with brand standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
