Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure cost control for food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses to meet company budgets
- Drive positive sales growth by improving service speed, food quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain adequate staffing levels for all shifts and scheduling needs
- Conduct performance appraisals for crew members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- Lead the hiring process for all restaurant staff positions
- Coach and train all team members to achieve certification and performance standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization adhering to food service sanitation guidelines
- Ensure compliance with employment laws at local, state, and federal levels
- Verify and promote safety standards for employees and guests
- Oversee preventative maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs
- Handle guest complaints to promote repeat business
- Communicate operational results effectively with area management
- Manage employee turnover through effective selection and positive work environment
- Prepare food and handle register operations as needed
