Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in restaurant management
- Current food management certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to relocate within 30 miles of the applied location
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing and mobility
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to perform employee evaluations and administrative tasks
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Current food management certification
- Demonstrate an ownership mentality
- Flexibility for scheduling
- Willingness to transfer to a different geographical location
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Adept at ordering and formulating pars
- Basic math skills including currency handling and calculator use
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding and facilitation of proper health code standards
- Ability to conduct timely interviews and adhere to hiring policies
- Ability to issue written evaluations for performance
- Ability to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to stand and move at a moderate pace for up to 4 hours at length and work 50 to 55 hours per week

- Coordination to operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day
- Read as well as write notes in the manager's daily log
- Attend weekly manager's meetings and monthly staff meetings
- Read the weekly memo
- Complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations
- Communicate with all managers on duty when shift is completed
- Relate an accurate, honest report of all events both positive and negative
- Comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings
- Attend the quarterly supervisor meetings
