Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- servsafe certification required
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- proficiency with restaurant management software
- valid work authorization

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations including staff selection development and performance management
- oversee inventory ordering of food and supplies
- monitor and control costs to meet budget targets focusing on cost of sales labor costs and cash over short
- ensure compliance with sanitation health and safety standards
- maintain high quality food preparation and customer service
- resolve guest complaints to enhance satisfaction
- recruit train supervise and when necessary terminate restaurant employees
- schedule staff ensuring full coverage for all shifts
- conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
- complete food excellence self-assessments and audits
- maintain communication with district manager regarding operational issues and improvements
