Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • servsafe certification required
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • proficiency with restaurant management software
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including staff selection development and performance management
  • oversee inventory ordering of food and supplies
  • monitor and control costs to meet budget targets focusing on cost of sales labor costs and cash over short
  • ensure compliance with sanitation health and safety standards
  • maintain high quality food preparation and customer service
  • resolve guest complaints to enhance satisfaction
  • recruit train supervise and when necessary terminate restaurant employees
  • schedule staff ensuring full coverage for all shifts
  • conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
  • complete food excellence self-assessments and audits
  • maintain communication with district manager regarding operational issues and improvements
