Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Analyze problems, identify solutions, and make effective decisions
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with guests and employees
- Manage all aspects of restaurant functions including food planning, cost management, customer handling, safety and security, regulatory compliance, people management, and record keeping
- Utilize and manage Point-Of-Sales (POS) system proficiently
- Build sales and control costs within budget to meet or exceed business targets
- Ensure compliance with all related standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, staff, lead, and develop employees to achieve expected performance and productivity
