Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environment
Must be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Identify potential customers and build a pipeline of new business development opportunities
Work with General Manager and Local Store Marketing team to execute local store marketing initiatives
Protect Noble Chicken brand equity by ensuring consistent messaging of core values
Establish and build effective relationships with potential customers within the local community
Participate in back of house or front of house roles such as cook, server, host as needed
Take on limited lead role including opening, closing and leading team members
Organize and promote community events to increase brand awareness
