Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage day-to-day shift operations and collaborate with the general manager on improvement opportunities
- assist the GM in achieving financial goals through operational performance
- maintain administrative tasks related to financial reporting, including handling invoices and payroll
- participate in period-end inventory and financial reporting meetings
- utilize company reports to make daily decisions on staffing, labor, and product costing
- enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- ensure positive guest service and handle guest complaints effectively
- respond to guest comments in-house and on social media platforms
- assist the GM with customer, community, and vendor correspondence
- manage shifts by making staffing adjustments and planning
- uphold security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets
- maintain a safe working environment to minimize risks and complete accident reports promptly
- have a thorough knowledge of the beverage program including cost and profitability
- support manager vendor relationships
- oversee all day-of shift SOPs including opening and closing procedures
- work alongside the back of house team to ensure food quality
- report facility and equipment issues to the GM during daily walkthroughs
- provide direction to employees on operational and procedural matters
- participate in interviews and administrative duties related to hiring, supervision, development, discipline, and termination
- conduct orientations and oversee training of new employees
- communicate with the GM to develop employees through feedback and performance reviews
- conduct daily lineup meetings
- prepare staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and uniforms
- assist in maintaining staff records for alcohol certifications
- execute company protocol to engage with community VIPs
- establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, charities, and organizations
- maintain a calendar of community events
- collaborate with the GM and marketing team on social media posts
- drive sales through large party reservations and special events
- keep the GM informed of issues and take corrective actions
- complete job responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
- maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with employees
- perform other duties as required or assigned
