Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- familiarity with financial processes and reporting
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- team leadership and staff management experience
- valid alcohol service certification preferred.

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage day-to-day shift operations and collaborate with the General Manager on improvement opportunities
- assist the General Manager in achieving financial goals by supporting operational performance
- maintain administrative duties including invoice and payroll processing according to company policies
- participate in end-of-period inventory and financial reporting meetings
- utilize company financial reports such as SALV, SVA, P&L, and Budget for staffing, labor, and product costing decisions
- enforce food safety and sanitation procedures in collaboration with the General Manager
- ensure positive guest service and handle guest complaints to promote retention
- respond to guest feedback both on-site and via social media
- assist with customer, community, and vendor correspondence
- manage staffing decisions, adjustments, and planning during shifts
- uphold product quality, cleanliness, and security standards
- ensure a safe working environment and handle accident reporting
- manage beverage program knowledge including costs and profitability
- maintain vendor relationships to support goals
- oversee operational SOPs including opening, closing, and cash counting procedures
- collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure food quality
- report facility and equipment issues to the General Manager
- provide employee guidance on operational and procedural matters
- conduct hiring, supervision, development, discipline, and termination processes
- assist with administrative duties for the Back of House team
- conduct orientation and training for new employees
- support employee development through feedback and performance reviews
- manage scheduling and staffing plans
- ensure professional image of staff and restaurant
- maintain staff records for alcohol certifications
- foster community relationships with local businesses and organizations
- assist in promoting the brand through community events and partnerships
- manage social media postings in coordination with marketing
- keep the General Manager informed on all matters and take corrective actions as needed
- maintain positive working relationships to foster productivity and morale
- perform additional duties as requested.
