Job Requirements

  • Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
  • A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and food and beverage cost, and labor management
  • Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights and weekends on a full-time basis
  • Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
  • Must be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and beverage operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Maximize sales and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with company standards
  • Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
  • Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
