Job Requirements
- Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
- A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience
- Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and food and beverage cost, and labor management
- Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
- Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are a must
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights and weekends on a full-time basis
- Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
- Must be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Maximize sales and revenue
- Ensure compliance with company standards
- Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
- Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
