Job Requirements

  • Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
  • a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience
  • knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and food and beverage cost, and labor management
  • ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
  • ability to work under pressure
  • strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization
  • ability to multi-task
  • reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights and weekends on a full-time basis
  • ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
  • must be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and beverage operations
  • maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • maximize sales and revenue
  • ensure compliance with company standards
  • consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
  • recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
  • work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
  • maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
  • evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
  • ensure communication meetings are conducted
  • assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
