Job Requirements
- Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
- Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, inventory control, and labor management
- Ability to comply with health department standards and certifications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask
- Reliability and flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Ability to handle money and credit card transactions accurately
- Self-starter willing to motivate and develop team members

- Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
- A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Maximize sales and revenue
- Ensure compliance with company standards
- Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
- Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
