Job Requirements
- Passion for service and the food and beverage industry
- a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience
- knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory, food and beverage cost, and labor management
- ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
- ability to work under pressure
- strong communication and listening skills
- excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
- attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization
- ability to multitask
- reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights and weekends on a full-time basis
- ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
- must be a self-starter willing to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations
- maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- maximize sales and revenue
- ensure compliance with company standards
- consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
- recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
- work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
- maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
- evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
- ensure communication meetings are conducted
- assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
