Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, and occasional lifting
  • Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
  • Valid high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing team operations and customer relations in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience, preferably with McDonald’s or similar
  • Proven leadership skills with confident presence
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree in business or hospitality is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service
  • Maintain a professional presence and set high standards for the team
  • Enforce punctuality and attendance standards among staff
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting growth and retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and build community relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations with food safety as a priority
