Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, and occasional lifting
- Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
- Valid high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing team operations and customer relations in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience, preferably with McDonald’s or similar
- Proven leadership skills with confident presence
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in business or hospitality is a plus
- Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service
- Maintain a professional presence and set high standards for the team
- Enforce punctuality and attendance standards among staff
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting growth and retention
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
- Execute local marketing initiatives and build community relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations with food safety as a priority
