Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Ability to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to relocate within Colorado if required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift during shifts
  • Strong adherence to food safety and health regulations
  • Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience (McDonald’s or similar preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong, confident presence
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree in business or hospitality is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations with precision, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service
  • Maintain a strong, professional presence that sets the tone for the entire team
  • Be consistently punctual and hold your team to high standards of attendance and professionalism
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and long-term retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with care and urgency
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations with food safety as a top priority
