Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience
- Ability to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to relocate within Colorado if required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift during shifts
- Strong adherence to food safety and health regulations
- Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of restaurant or quick-service management experience (McDonald’s or similar preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with a strong, confident presence
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in business or hospitality is a plus
- Willingness to relocate within Colorado as needed
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations with precision, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and customer service
- Maintain a strong, professional presence that sets the tone for the entire team
- Be consistently punctual and hold your team to high standards of attendance and professionalism
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on reducing turnover
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and long-term retention
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with care and urgency
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
- Execute local marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations with food safety as a top priority
