Job Requirements

  • minimum two years experience in hotel or restaurant management
  • beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation
  • proficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to microsoft office, email, point of sale, social media
  • experience with hiring and training
  • experience with schedule creation and management
  • ability to manage multiple high-volume outlets
  • highly organized with excellent customer service skills
