Job Requirements
- minimum two years experience in hotel or restaurant management
- beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation
- proficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to microsoft office, email, point of sale, social media
- experience with hiring and training
- experience with schedule creation and management
- ability to manage multiple high-volume outlets
- highly organized with excellent customer service skills
