Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred but not required
- Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for guest service and personalized experiences

Job Duties
- Create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for guests
- Lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team
- Evaluate restaurant service performance daily and coordinate timely food production
- Participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
- Develop selection and pricing strategy for liquors and wines and supervise procurement
- Assist General Manager in building financial objectives and meeting sales targets
- Implement ongoing training programs and conduct regular staff evaluations
- Supervise all non-supervisory service employees
- Ensure daily cleanliness of restaurant internally and externally
- Interview, hire, train, and coach employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws
