Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years as a restaurant manager or above in the restaurant industry

  • Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff

Job Duties

  • Manage staffing levels and schedule to maintain adequate coverage and control labor costs
  • Hire, train, and motivate staff to promote a collaborative and productive environment
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support operational goals
  • Ensure adherence to company’s core values and workplace policies
