Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a restaurant manager or above in the restaurant industry
- Proven leadership experience overseeing daily operations and team performance
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues
- Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting
- Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Organize, plan, and coordinate team members and restaurant resources
- Work closely with the General Manager to oversee product quality and operational standards
- Manage staffing levels and schedule to maintain adequate coverage and control labor costs
- Hire, train, and motivate staff to promote a collaborative and productive environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support operational goals
- Ensure adherence to company’s core values and workplace policies
