Job Requirements

  • education and experience in restaurant management
  • strong communication skills
  • English proficiency
  • leadership and discretion in employee relations
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • knowledge of classic cookery and beverage service
  • computer literacy with relevant software
  • certification or ability to obtain food safety and alcohol service credentials
  • physical ability to perform tasks requiring mobility and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • availability for flexible full-time shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a management position at a full-service upscale restaurant
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • demonstrated leadership in employee relations
  • professional knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
  • positive and calm under pressure
  • strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow

Job Duties

  • support the general manager with restaurant operational objectives
  • ensure seamless day-to-day operations including food handling and alcohol service compliance
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • interact with guests and resolve issues promptly
  • coach and lead team members
  • manage assigned duties and specific areas within the restaurant
  • uphold high standards of food, beverage, and guest service quality
