Job Requirements
- Minimum four years food service or restaurant experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays
- Must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition
- Must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite
- Must demonstrate ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified

Job Duties
- Provide direction in service training to hourly employees
- Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success
- Consistently supervises, manages, and inspects all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
- Ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls
- Prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
- Promotes positive open communication in a team environment
- Inspects and administers employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Instructs employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service
- Assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation
- Other duties as assigned
