Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory capacity
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Willingness to learn and undertake various roles within the restaurant
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given professional service at all times
  • Handle pressure and stress in a professional manner
  • Certify that all food and drinks are prepared according to restaurant standards
  • Work varying shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook
  • Make employee related decisions consistent with the company’s policies
  • Control cash and receipts in accordance with company accounting guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the entire venue as per Health Department standards
  • Follow supervisor’s instructions and support co-workers as a team player
  • Train in different positions throughout the restaurant
  • Seek to learn and advance to other positions within the restaurant
  • Communicate product needs to the General Manager
  • Embody integrity and seek continuous improvement
  • Report all breakage or damage to equipment or furniture promptly
  • Portray a positive and professional attitude
