Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years managing in an upscale dining environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with health department rules and liquor regulations
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Proven leadership skills in managing successful teams
  • Sommelier or extensive wine and spirit knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with property leaders to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Experience in developing events and activations
  • Union management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in upscale independent or high volume hotel restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
  • Deep understanding of health department, liquor laws, and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits, sommelier certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in banquet or private event management is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily operations of Six Seven Restaurant and Lounge
  • Oversee service quality to ensure elevated guest experience
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage
  • Address team performance issues constructively and uphold high standards
  • Collaborate with property leadership to meet budget and operational goals
  • Coordinate banquet and private event functions
  • Utilize technology to streamline restaurant operations and reporting
