Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing in an upscale dining environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Familiarity with health department rules and liquor regulations
- Strong computer skills and technology proficiency
- Sommelier or extensive wine and spirit knowledge
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with property leaders
- Experience in developing event activations
- Union management experience preferred
