Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Experience in upscale or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage including wine, beer, and spirits
  • Understanding of hospitality and dining service standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams
  • Ability to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints professionally
  • Positive attitude under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience with upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
  • A deep understanding of hospitality, proper dining service, and excellence in guest engagement
  • Flexibility in scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Exceptional leadership skills and commitment to team collaboration
  • Positive attitude and consistency in grace under pressure

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the dining room and front-of-house areas
  • Train, mentor, and oversee front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Manage seating assignments, guest flow, and reservations efficiently
  • Monitor cleanliness and ambiance, ensuring health, safety, and organizational standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure cohesive communication and smooth service
  • Aid in financial budget management and optimize profitability through innovative programs and promotions
  • Support team development, conducting evaluations, training, and coaching for growth and excellence
  • Lead the team in delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring it’s all about the Guest
