Job Requirements
- Able to work effectively and safely in wet floors, temperature extremes, excessive noise
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to maneuver in tightly-quartered environment
- Available to work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in food and beverage environment
- Experience managing large staff with focus on client and customer service
- Venue catering or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Financial acumen with P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Success in interfacing with various organizational functions
Job Duties
- Support and maximize merchandise revenue through implementation and oversight of restaurant operations systems and policies
- Provide leadership and direction to Restaurant Supervisors, Leads, and front line staff
- Hire, train and monitor performance of department employees
- Develop each staff member to their potential
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for processing customer transactions
- Plan and prepare according to anticipated guest attendance and client expectations
- Direct and support post-event activities, reconciliation and reporting
- Establish daily priorities and direct ongoing activities of front and back of house staff
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation and regulatory standards
