Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • one to two years of related employment experience
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • ability to interpret instructions and policies
  • knowledge of food safety and chemical agents
  • capability to lift and carry 20 to 40 lbs regularly
  • ability to stand and move continuously during shift
  • ability to work in temperature variations including high heat environments
  • willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • one to two years of related employment experience in hospitality or management
  • excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters
  • strong ability to interpret instructions from customers, associates, and managers
  • excellent oral communication skills for managing guest interactions, issuing instructions, and communicating policies
  • ability to read and implement policies and procedures including schedules, forecasts, and SOPs
  • knowledge of food safety and chemical agents for training purposes

Job Duties

  • Manage the human resources within the department
  • direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees including hiring, training, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, salary reviews, conflict resolution, discipline, and termination
  • develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business and marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives to meet or exceed management expectations
  • implement and manage all company and franchise programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and sanitary regulations, and all federal, state, and local requirements
  • market the Food and Beverage outlets through menu development, promotional deals, displays, and presentations to attract guests and increase sales
  • manage the maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service
  • respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure quality experiences and enhance future sales prospects
