Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years management experience in food service or retail
- ServSafe certified
- completion of required management training
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- physically able to perform restaurant duties including standing and lifting
- capable of handling cash and financial administrative tasks
- availability for on-call and emergency shifts
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years management experience in a food service or retail environment
- ServSafe certification
- completion of required training programs including Online University courses
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to supervise, motivate, and train others
- skilled in problem solving and inventory control
- ability to prioritize and coordinate work duties
- intermediate PC skills for word processing and spreadsheet use
- valid driver’s license
- good judgment and decision-making capabilities
Job Duties
- Ensures that a "Person in Charge" is assigned and present at all times
- follows all company policies and procedures including uniform and sanitation standards
- promotes team service standards by staffing and deploying effectively
- meets training and certification requirements
- communicates appropriately with franchise manager regarding store needs
- actively delegates tasks and holds team accountable
- demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
- coordinates planning, training, and preparation of all products to company standards
- ensures service area and store maintenance to highest standards
- delivers great customer service through greeting, order handling and complaint resolution
- manages shift utilizing Daily Shift Plan and monitors service times
- recruits, trains, and retains crew members meeting standards
- conducts performance evaluations
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
- responsibly handles money and daily deposits
- posts schedules and evaluates crew performance for effective staffing
- maintains operational efficiency and profitability to meet sales goals
- collaborates with management to develop sales strategies
