Job Requirements

  • minimum six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
  • ability to handle stress and fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • basic proficiency in English or predominant language used in the market

Job Duties

  • perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers, and support staff
  • foster a positive work environment through teamwork, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • implement training to enhance team skills and performance
  • lead by example with strong work ethic and professionalism
  • oversee daily operations including opening and closing, cash management, inventory control, and compliance with brand standards
  • ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • create and maintain a guest focused culture
  • review guest feedback and implement improvements
  • develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • monitor food and labor costs and control inventory
  • engage with the local community and build partnerships
  • stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • communicate restaurant goals and results
  • execute new product roll-outs with training and marketing
  • complete vendor orders to maintain stock
  • conduct self-assessments for food safety
  • ensure restaurant budget compliance
  • collaborate with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands field operations team
