Job Requirements

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
  • 18 years of age or older per applicable law

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • College degree preferred

  • Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
  • Basic math and financial management
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to train and develop a team including providing positive and constructive feedback

Job Duties

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback and resolving conflicts
  • Implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
  • Lead by example with strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and sanitation standards
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture
  • Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvement
  • Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Engage with the local community and build relationships
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Communicate restaurant priorities and goals to team
  • Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
  • Complete orders to ensure products are stocked
  • Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • Ensure restaurant budget is met
  • Engage with Dunkin’ and Inspire Brands Field Operations teams as appropriate
