Job Requirements

  • at least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • 18 years of age or older per applicable law

Job Duties

  • perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
  • foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • implement training programs to enhance team performance
  • lead by example with strong work ethic and professionalism
  • oversee day-to-day operations including opening, closing, cash management and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • create and maintain guest focused culture
  • review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
  • develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • ensure exceptional customer service environment
  • monitor food and labor costs, inventory levels and waste
  • engage with local community and build partnerships
  • stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences
  • communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results
  • execute new product roll-outs and training
  • complete vendor orders to ensure stocked products
  • conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • ensure restaurant budget is met
  • collaborate with Dunkin' field operations team as appropriate
