Job Requirements

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • Exceptional time management skills

  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English or the predominant language

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • Implement training programs to enhance team member skills
  • Lead by example demonstrating work ethic and adherence to company values
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture
  • Review guest feedback and implement action plans
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
  • Monitor food and labor costs, inventory levels and waste
  • Engage with the local community and build partnerships
  • Communicate restaurant goals and results to team members
  • Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
  • Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • Ensure restaurant budget is met
  • Engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands field operations team
