Job Requirements
- at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
- 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- willingness to learn and embrace change
- ability to manage conflict and motivate others
- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- ability to work in small spaces
- good physical condition for lifting if applicable
Job Qualifications
- basic computer skills
- fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
- basic math and financial management
- previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
- college degree preferred
- strong analytical skills and business acumen
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- strong time management and guest service skills
- ability to train and develop team members and provide feedback
Job Duties
- perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders and bakers
- foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
- oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- create and maintain a guest-focused culture and review guest feedback to implement improvement plans
