Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law
  • Have strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills
  • Demonstrate ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts
  • Knowledge of cash management, inventory control and food safety practices
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Willingness to learn and embrace change
  • Positive attitude and professionalism at work

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English or the predominant language
  • Basic math and financial management skills
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent time management and guest service skills
  • Ability to train, develop and motivate others

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, coaching, feedback and conflict resolution
  • Implement training programs to enhance skills and performance
  • Oversee daily operations including cash management, inventory control and brand standards compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture and review guest feedback to drive improvements
