Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law
- Have strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills
- Demonstrate ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of cash management, inventory control and food safety practices
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- Willingness to learn and embrace change
- Positive attitude and professionalism at work
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English or the predominant language
- Basic math and financial management skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent time management and guest service skills
- Ability to train, develop and motivate others
Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and support staff
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, coaching, feedback and conflict resolution
- Implement training programs to enhance skills and performance
- Oversee daily operations including cash management, inventory control and brand standards compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Create and maintain a guest focused culture and review guest feedback to drive improvements
