Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Minimum age of 18 years or higher as applicable by law
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail and guest service skills
- Ability to perform physical demands such as standing, bending, stooping and lifting
- Basic math skills
- Fluent in English or predominant language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- Implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
- Lead by example demonstrating work ethic, professionalism and company values
- Oversee day-to-day operations including cash management, inventory control and brand standards compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
