Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
- Foster a positive work environment through coaching, feedback and conflict resolution
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Lead by example showing work ethic, professionalism and company values
- Oversee day-to-day operations including cash management, inventory control and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Create and maintain guest-focused culture
- Review guest feedback and implement improvements
- Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control food and labor costs
- Engage with local community and explore partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Communicate restaurant goals and results to team
- Execute new product roll-outs and training
- Conduct food safety and brand standards self-assessments
- Manage restaurant budget as determined by Franchisee
- Engage with field operations team as appropriate
