Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- ability to lift packages if applicable
- capable of working in small spaces

- Basic computer skills
- fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
- basic math and financial management
- previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred or demonstrated leadership ability

Job Duties
- Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
- foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
- lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and company values
- oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management and inventory control
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards
