Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • At least 18 years of age or higher as per applicable law
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail and guest service skills
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • Willingness to learn and embrace change
  • Ability to train and develop a team
  • Must meet physical demands including standing, repetitive motion and lifting packages if applicable
  • Ability to work in small spaces
  • Fluent English or predominant language proficiency
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • Implement training programs to enhance team member skills
  • Lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including cash management, inventory control and brand standards adherence
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations, food handling and sanitation standards
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture
  • Review guest feedback and implement action plans
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address recurring issues
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Engage with local community and build relationships
  • Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team
  • Execute new product roll-outs and conduct self-assessments
  • Ensure restaurant budget compliance and engage with franchise management and field operations team as appropriate
