Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older per applicable law
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent guest service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
  • Basic math and financial management skills
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
  • Lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing, cash management and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
