Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- minimum 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
- exceptional time management and guest service skills

Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
- basic math and financial management
- previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred or demonstrated leadership ability
- college degree preferred
Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and support staff
- foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- implement training programs to enhance skills and performance
- lead by example demonstrating professionalism and adherence to company values
- oversee day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory control
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- create and maintain a guest focused culture
- review guest feedback and implement action plans
- develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- ensure exceptional customer service
- monitor customer feedback and address issues
- control food and labor costs
- engage with the local community and build relationships
- stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- communicate restaurant priorities and goals
- execute new product roll-outs
- complete vendor orders to stock products
- conduct self-assessments for food safety and standards
- ensure restaurant budget is met
- engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations as appropriate
