Job Requirements

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • minimum 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • exceptional time management and guest service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills
  • fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
  • basic math and financial management
  • previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred or demonstrated leadership ability
  • college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and support staff
  • foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • implement training programs to enhance skills and performance
  • lead by example demonstrating professionalism and adherence to company values
  • oversee day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • create and maintain a guest focused culture
  • review guest feedback and implement action plans
  • develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • ensure exceptional customer service
  • monitor customer feedback and address issues
  • control food and labor costs
  • engage with the local community and build relationships
  • stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • communicate restaurant priorities and goals
  • execute new product roll-outs
  • complete vendor orders to stock products
  • conduct self-assessments for food safety and standards
  • ensure restaurant budget is met
  • engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations as appropriate
