Job Requirements

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • At least 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
  • Basic math and financial management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • Implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
  • Oversee daily operations including cash management, inventory control and health and safety compliance
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture and review guest feedback for improvements
  • Monitor and control food, labor costs, inventory levels and waste to maximize profitability
  • Engage with the local community and build partnerships
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Communicate restaurant goals and execute new product rollouts
  • Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • Ensure restaurant budget is met
  • Engage with corporate field operations team as appropriate
