Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- At least 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
- Exceptional time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
- Basic math and financial management skills
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent time management and guest service skills

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- Implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
- Oversee daily operations including cash management, inventory control and health and safety compliance
- Create and maintain a guest focused culture and review guest feedback for improvements
- Monitor and control food, labor costs, inventory levels and waste to maximize profitability
- Engage with the local community and build partnerships
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Communicate restaurant goals and execute new product rollouts
- Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
- Ensure restaurant budget is met
- Engage with corporate field operations team as appropriate
