Job Duties
- Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
- Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement training programs to enhance team performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash management, inventory control and compliance with brand standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Create and maintain a guest-focused culture
- Review guest feedback and implement improvements
- Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality
- Manage food and labor costs, inventory and waste to maximize profitability
- Engage with local community and explore partnership opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Communicate priorities, goals and results to team
- Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling
- Complete DCP and vendor orders to maintain product stock
- Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
- Ensure restaurant budget compliance
- Engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
