Job Duties

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders, bakers and support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, coaching and conflict resolution
  • Implement training programs to enhance team performance
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash management, inventory control and compliance with brand standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Create and maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Review guest feedback and implement improvements
  • Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste and enhance productivity
  • Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory and waste to maximize profitability
  • Engage with local community and explore partnership opportunities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Communicate priorities, goals and results to team
  • Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling
  • Complete DCP and vendor orders to maintain product stock
  • Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • Ensure restaurant budget compliance
  • Engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
