Job Requirements

  • at least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • exceptional time management skills
  • attention to detail
  • strong guest service skills

  • previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • basic computer skills
  • fluent in spoken and written English or predominant language
  • basic math and financial management skills
  • college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
  • foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, coaching and conflict resolution
  • implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
  • lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism
  • oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and sanitation standards
  • create and maintain guest focused culture and review feedback to drive improvement
  • develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • monitor and control food and labor costs, inventory levels and waste
  • engage with local community building relationships and partnerships
  • stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members
  • execute new product roll-outs and complete vendor orders
  • conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • ensure restaurant budget is met
  • engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
