Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Age 18 years or older per applicable law
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail and guest service skills
- Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift packages if required
- Ability to work in small spaces
- Ability to wear headset if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant language in market
- Basic math and financial management skills
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
- College degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Job Duties
- Perform responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
- Foster positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Oversee daily operations including opening, closing, cash management and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Create and maintain guest focused culture
- Review and act on guest feedback
- Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality
- Control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Engage with local community and build partnerships
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Communicate priorities and results to team
- Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
- Complete vendor orders to ensure stock
- Conduct self-assessments for food safety and standards
- Ensure restaurant budget is met
- Engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations
