Job Requirements

  • at least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • 18 years of age or older per applicable law

Job Duties

  • perform responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
  • foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
  • implement training programs to enhance team skills
  • lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism
  • oversee day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory control
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • create and maintain guest-focused culture
  • review guest feedback and implement improvements
  • develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
  • monitor and control food, labor costs, and inventory
  • engage with the local community and explore partnerships
  • stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • communicate restaurant priorities and goals to team
  • execute product roll-outs including training and marketing
  • complete vendor orders to ensure stock
  • conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • ensure restaurant budget compliance
  • engage with Dunkin' Field Operations team as appropriate
