Job Requirements

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Minimum age of 18 years or as required by law
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and embrace change
  • Ability to motivate and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift packages if applicable
  • Comfortable working in small spaces

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with previous management experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and financial management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language
  • Excellent guest service and time management skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • College degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders, bakers and other support staff
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback and resolving conflicts
  • Implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
  • Lead by example by demonstrating strong work ethic, professionalism, and adherence to company values
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including cash management, inventory control, and brand standards compliance
  • Ensure health and safety regulations and sanitation standards are met
  • Create a guest-focused culture
  • Review guest feedback and implement action plans
  • Develop operational strategies to enhance productivity
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs
  • Engage with local community for partnerships and sponsorships
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Communicate restaurant goals to team members
  • Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
  • Complete vendor orders to ensure product availability
  • Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • Ensure restaurant budget compliance
  • Engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as needed
