Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Minimum age of 18 years or higher as per applicable law

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts
- Implement training programs to enhance team member performance
- Lead by example demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism
- Oversee day-to-day operations including cash management and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Create and maintain a guest focused culture
- Review guest feedback and implement action plans
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer service and friendly atmosphere
- Monitor and control food and labor costs and waste
- Engage with local community and explore partnership opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Communicate restaurant goals and results to team members
- Execute new product roll-outs
- Complete vendor orders to ensure products are stocked
- Conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
- Ensure restaurant budget is met
- Engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
