Job Requirements
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- 2+ years QSR restaurant, retail or supervisory experience
- Advanced math and financial management skills
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Basic computer and writing skills
- Proven ability to manage inventory, control labor costs, and train staff

Job Duties
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 15+ in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and beverage quality
- Use experience in inventory management, labor scheduling, and P&L to drive profitability
- Cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees through training and mentoring
- Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner
- Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints
- Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed
