Job Requirements

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to work long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • 2+ years QSR restaurant, retail or supervisory experience
  • Advanced math and financial management skills
  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • Basic computer and writing skills
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, control labor costs, and train staff
  • Energy: a positive can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 15+ in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and beverage quality
  • Use experience in inventory management, labor scheduling, and P&L to drive profitability
  • Cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
  • Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees through training and mentoring
  • Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
  • Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner
  • Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints
  • Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed
