Job Requirements
- General knowledge of fine dining food preparation, presentation and serving procedures
- Thorough knowledge of fine wines, wine pairings, and wine service procedures
- Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime
- Alcohol Awareness Service Card
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years' supervisory experience
- Minimum of four years' experience working in a fine dining establishment
Job Duties
- Lead, direct, and delegate tasks to the Duke's Steakhouse Front of House team to maintain high performance and service standards
- Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focused on guest interaction
- promptly address and resolve service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent customer relations skills and actively promote Duke's Steakhouse and Legends Bay Casino
- Collaborate as a team player by assisting the team with their duties as needed
- Create effective schedules to ensure excellent levels of service
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant
