Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high volume or fine dining settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology
- Manager certification in sanitation and food handling
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to excellent customer service and team culture
Job Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high volume restaurant with relative experience in fiscal and operational performance in a preferred high volume, upscale to fine dining restaurant group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, and effectively manage time
- Exhibit a helpful, supportive communication style, and collaborative within a structured job environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit at a computer or desk, and stand on feet for extended periods
- Manager certification in sanitation and food handling
- Experience with varied schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
Job Duties
- Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
- Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
- Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
- Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
- Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
- Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence
