Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of POS systems preferred
  • valid certifications in TIPS and ServSafe or willingness to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
  • strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • exceptional guest service mindset and attention to detail
  • must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • familiarity with POS systems (SpotOn experience a plus)
  • current TIPS and ServSafe certifications, or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing all daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality
  • maintain company standards for appearance, cleanliness, and service execution
  • support inventory control, cost management, and labor tracking
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a positive resolution
  • collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and exceptional food and beverage delivery
  • uphold and promote the brand's values, culture, and commitment to excellence
