Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of POS systems preferred
- valid certifications in TIPS and ServSafe or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
- strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- exceptional guest service mindset and attention to detail
- must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- familiarity with POS systems (SpotOn experience a plus)
- current TIPS and ServSafe certifications, or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing all daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality
- maintain company standards for appearance, cleanliness, and service execution
- support inventory control, cost management, and labor tracking
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a positive resolution
- collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and exceptional food and beverage delivery
- uphold and promote the brand's values, culture, and commitment to excellence
